Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include any packing slips provided during the portal checkout.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
